Recent Charity Gig for Ross Chesham’s Gap Year in Botswana

Thanks to everyone who came along to Thornhill on Saturday 13th of January. The Bands were amazing! Real professionals! Check-out the Demos and Links to hear more! Thanks to Jim Chadwin for the supply of the PA, Dave Guild for his masterful skills at the Mixing Desk, Rab Buchanan for his wonderful Lighting and Mr and Mrs Chesham for their delicious food which was supplied to all the Bands. I think we raised a few quid (£750 net) for Ross Chesham and hopefully have helped him get a bit closer to his goal however, if you want to contribute a few pennies, please check-out the links below....

Didn’t I tell you? There was a 24 track Digital Recording made of the Gig. The good news is that the first to bands were recorded without a problem, the bad news is that for the rest of the Gig, the guitarists who played on the left of the stage (looking from the hall to the stage) were not recorded! However,thankfully as it was a Multi-Track recording it will be possible to Over-Dub the missing guitar parts!!! If you are one of the Bands involved please contact me! Anyhow to give you an idea of the Quality of sound I have added three tracks from McDuff and Co.....Cheers Cymbal Simon
