Please read the Terms and Conditions VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING!

REFUNDS will be not be in” Term Time” for any of the following apply: It’s Exam Time, Granny is coming to stay, School Trips, Holidays during Term Time or “They changed my Shifts”

A REFUND will be given if there is a very good reason for not attending, ie BEREAVEMENT or SERIOUS ACCIDENT and it will be possible to reschedule the Lesson, if preferred.

VERY IMPORTANT : Changes have been made with regard Payment and from January 1st 2009 Lessons must be paid in a Block of Four, in ADVANCE! Direct Debit or Cheque

EXAMPLE OF CONTRACT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Terms and Conditions The Tutor hereby agrees that: 1 All drum lessons will be of one hour duration 2 Unless specified all lessons will be taught on a ‘One to One’ basis 3 Lessons are to be taught over 3 academic terms with a revised timetable in operation during holiday periods 4 An assessment will be made of all Students needs and abilities in order to develop a unique learning plan 5 Lessons will be taught using Roland Electronic Kits 6 Most written exercises will be provided by Cymbal Simon (Rock School Books by Students) 7 All Students will be encouraged to learn, read and write music The Student hereby agrees to : 1 Provide a tape or CD if they require an audio recording of the lesson Provide their own drum folder, sticks, practice pad, manuscript paper, pencil and eraser Be responsible for bringing to each lesson all previous written exercise material Practice for next lesson (Each page must be signed and dated by Student or Parent/Guardian if student is under 16) Student : Print name :………………………………... Cancellations Policy : Cancelled lessons will only be refunded where a minimum of 48 hours notice has been given. (Cancellations by ‘text’ are not acceptable) Should you decide to discontinue lessons, notification to quit must be given two weeks in ADVANCE, otherwise the Student will be charged for an extra lesson.
